Peter joined ClearLight Partners in 2002.

Before joining the ClearLight team, Peter was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in San Francisco, where he advised senior executives in a wide range of industries on growth strategies and operational improvements.

Peter previously worked in Brentwood Associates' private equity group and at Brentwood's Educational Publishing Corporation portfolio company where he led the company's strategic planning process and assisted in the sale of the company to Tribune Company.

He began his career at Morgan Stanley in New York in the mergers and acquisitions department and as a member of Morgan Stanley's Princes Gate Investors team.

Peter holds an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA with Honors from the University of Chicago.

Josh has been with ClearLight Partners since 2000.

Josh has a BS in Finance from Pepperdine University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Mark joined ClearLight Partners in 2007. Prior to joining ClearLight, Mark worked as an analyst with Houlihan Lokey in Los Angeles and Chicago. While at Houlihan Lokey, he helped execute a number of M&A transactions primarily for the Basic Industrial Group. Previously, Mark was an analyst at Morgan Keegan in Memphis, where he participated in a variety of transactions for logistics and industrial companies.

Mark graduated from Duke University with a BA in Economics.

David joined ClearLight Partners in 2004. Prior to joining ClearLight, he worked as an analyst with CIBC World Markets in Los Angeles. While there, he helped execute debt and equity financings, as well as M&A transactions, primarily in the gaming
and lodging industries.

David graduated cum laude with a BS in Finance from the University of Southern California.
