Sean graduated with a BS from Bates College in Lewiston, ME.

Sung joined ClearLight Partners in 2010. Prior to joining ClearLight, Sung worked as an analyst with Houlihan Lokey in Los Angeles. While at Houlihan Lokey, he helped execute a number of M&A transactions for both the Aerospace, Defense and Government Group as well as the Media and Entertainment Group. Previously, Sung was an analyst at Bear Stearns in San Francisco, where he participated in a variety of transactions for the Technology, Media and Telecom Group.

Sung earned a BS in Business Administration from Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.

Jeff joined ClearLight Partners in 2009. Prior to joining ClearLight, Jeff worked as an analyst with Goldman Sachs in Los Angeles. While there, he helped advise clients in the consumer goods and retail industries on a number of M&A and corporate financing transactions.

Jeff earned a BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College, and a BS in Engineering with high distinction from Harvey Mudd College.
