Cynthia Kellogg has over 15 years experience as the CFO of middle market companies, in the service and retail sectors. The last six years were spent leading the financial teams in three private equity backed operating companies. She contributed significantly to the value creation and successful sale of Jenny Craig and Palace Entertainment. Her experience spans private and public filing entities, franchise and international operations as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Cynthia spent her early years in manufacturing and distribution with Continental Can Company and Berlin Metals.

Cynthia earned a BA degree in mathematics from Smith College and her Master’s Degree in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

At ClearLight Jeannie has responsibilities for Fund financial management and provides support to portfolio company management teams in areas of financial analysis, business planning, budgeting and reporting.

Prior to joining ClearLight Partners, Jeannie was the Director of Finance for the Westec Security Group. Since joining Westec in 1996 Jeannie participated in strategic planning, annual budgeting and merger and acquisition activities.

Before joining Westec, Jeannie was a Sr. Financial Analyst for Coldwell Banker Relocation Services. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, she managed a $300 million portfolio of real estate assets for a foreign corporation.

Jeannie earned her undergraduate degree from California State University at Long Beach and has an MBA from California State University at Fullerton.
